When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We use this information solely to create and manage your OpenAgg account and to allocate your daily free credits.

1.2 Uploaded Images

When you use our AI photo tools, you may upload images for processing. These images are transmitted to our servers and to third-party AI model providers (see Section 4) for real-time processing. Uploaded images are not stored permanently. They are held in temporary memory only for the duration required to generate results and are automatically deleted afterward.

1.3 Usage Data

We automatically collect basic usage data such as which tools you use, how many credits you consume, your IP address, browser type, device information, and referring URLs. This data helps us improve the service and diagnose technical issues.

OpenAgg relies on third-party AI models to generate results, including but not limited to Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT, and ByteDance Seedream. Uploaded images: Not stored permanently. Images are processed in real time and discarded immediately after results are generated.

Account information: Retained for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.

Usage logs: Aggregated usage data may be retained for up to 12 months for analytics and service improvement purposes.
